Set Up an Autoresponder

Follow the steps below to set up an autoresponder in your e-mail account, sending an automated reply any time an e-mail is sent to you.

Step 1
Log in to your 1&1 Control Panel and select the relevant package.

Click the Manage E-mail Addresses link from the Mail panel.

Step 3
Click on the e-mail address for which you would like to set up an autoresponder.

Step 4
Click anywhere in the Autoresponder row.

Step 5
Click the Autoresponder (A) switch to enable the feature.

Enter a subject for the message, a name describing who this automatic response is coming from, and the automatic message you would to be sent (B).

Click Save (C) when you are completed.

Your autoresponder has now been set up and will take effect shortly.
